Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) before using Get me Jobs today (the “Service”). By using the Service you (“you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Definitions
- “We”, “us” and “our” mean Get Me Jobs Today.
- “Your Information” means the resume, preferences, answers and any other information you give us.
- “Token” means a unit of the Service. One token is used each time we submit one job application for you.
2. Changes to These Terms and the Service
We may revise these Terms, and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Service, at any time. If we make material changes to these Terms we will post them here and give at least thirty (30) days’ notice before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the revised Terms.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. You agree to follow all applicable laws, and the terms of any employer or job platform we apply to on your behalf.
4. Our Service and Intellectual Property
The Service and its content, other than Your Information, are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own job search. You may not use our name or marks without our written consent.
5. Your Information
You own Your Information and are responsible for it. You confirm it is accurate, truthful and yours to share. You grant us a licence to store, use, adapt (including tailoring your resume for each role) and submit Your Information to employers and job platforms in order to provide the Service. You must not upload anything unlawful, misleading, that infringes anyone else’s rights, or that contains harmful code.
6. Applying on Your Behalf
By using the Service you authorise us to find roles that match your preferences and submit applications to them in your name. Applications are sent automatically, without a preview or approval step for each one. Make sure your resume, preferences and answers are ones you are happy for employers to see.
Jobs are listed on employer and job-platform websites that we do not control or endorse. Hiring decisions are made by employers alone. We do not guarantee that any application will lead to an interview, an offer or a job, and we are not responsible for how employers handle your application.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal, deceptive or fraudulent purpose, including applying as someone else;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or network; or
- Copy, scrape or access the Service by automated means.
8. Fees, Payment and Refunds
8.1 Plans. The Free plan includes one application. Paid plans are sold as bundles of tokens at the prices shown on the Service, which may change before you buy.
8.2 Payment. Payments are processed by Stripe. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of our payment provider.
8.3 Refunds. First-time purchasers may request a full refund within seven (7) days of their first payment by emailing support@getmejobstoday.com. Refunds are limited to one per customer and are issued to the original payment method. After those seven days, all purchases are final.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or end your access to the Service at any time, including if we believe you have broken these Terms. When your access ends, your licence to use the Service ends too. Sections 4, 5, 6 and 10–15 survive termination.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that job listings are accurate or still open, or that using the Service will result in interviews, offers or employment.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data or lost opportunities, arising from the Service or these Terms. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.
12. Indemnification
You will indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, Your Information, or your breach of these Terms or any law.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before starting any formal proceedings, you agree to contact us at support@getmejobstoday.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days. If we cannot, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration before a single arbitrator, in English, under the rules of a recognised arbitration provider. You may only bring claims individually, not as part of a class or representative action.
14. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent possible and the rest will remain in effect. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service.
