This Privacy Policy explains what information Get Me Jobs Today (“we”, “us”) collects through our website and service (the “Service”), how we use it, and who we share it with. The Service applies to jobs on your behalf using the resume and preferences you give us. By using the Service you agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.
2. Information We Collect
- Account information. Your name, email address and profile picture, provided by Google when you sign in with Google.
- Resume. The resume file you upload and the information in it, such as your work history, education and skills.
- Job preferences. Your current location (which you may let your browser fill in), when you can start a new role, and any filters you set such as remote-only, experience level or minimum salary.
- Voluntary self-identification. If you choose to answer them, your gender, race or ethnicity, and veteran status. These questions are optional and you can decline any of them.
- Purchase information. Records of the plans and tokens you buy. Payments are handled by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details.
- Usage information. How you interact with the Service and any messages you send us.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To find roles that match your preferences and apply to them on your behalf;
- To tailor your resume for each role we apply to;
- To answer employers’ voluntary self-identification questions with the answers you gave us;
- To process payments and keep track of your tokens;
- To email you about your applications, your place in line and your account;
- To operate, maintain and improve the Service; and
- To detect and prevent fraud or technical issues.
4. How We Share Your Information
- Employers and job platforms. When we apply to a job for you, we send the employer, or the platform hosting the job, the information that application asks for. This can include your resume, contact details, location, availability and, if you provided them, your voluntary self-identification answers.
- Service providers. Companies that help us run the Service, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, and a place-search provider that suggests cities as you type your location. Only the text you type is sent for suggestions.
- Business transfers. If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of it.
We do not sell your personal information.
5. Third-Party Sites
Jobs we apply to are hosted on employer and job-platform websites that we do not own or control. Once an employer receives your application, their own privacy policy applies to how they use it.
6. Security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and, if they are significant, give you more prominent notice.
